Preparing for App Store release
Winston Jump Privacy policy
This policy explains local game storage, support correspondence and external website visits for Winston Jump 1.0.
ApexByte Tech Inc.
The first-release game
The first release is free, without ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions or account registration. There is no online multiplayer, player chat or user-content sharing service.
Progress on your iPad
The game stores earned coins, fixed item choices, outfits and car colours, running and adventure progress, maze records, racing records, town stories, adventure-book progress and language, music and sound settings on this device. Souvenir pictures are captures of the game stored in the app’s own storage; they do not use the device camera, read the photo library or upload pictures.
There is no account-based cloud sync. Deleting the app may remove local progress and souvenir pictures. Operating-system backups are controlled by your device settings and Apple. Contacting support does not automatically upload locally saved progress.
Engine and platform services
Winston Jump uses the Unity engine. Unity analytics, advertising, purchasing and cloud diagnostics service configurations are disabled for this first release. The reviewed game code does not implement a service that uploads gameplay or saved progress to ApexByte.
Apple’s operating system and App Store services are covered by their applicable platform privacy notices.
Privacy in the game
Privacy & Support on Home displays information locally. Opening the full policy website requires a grown-up to complete a local arithmetic confirmation. The task does not ask for or transmit identity, date of birth or the answer.
When a parent contacts us
If you email contact@apexbyte.ai, ApexByte Tech Inc. receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to and handle your support or privacy request. Email providers process the message to deliver it.
Please provide only the game and device information needed to explain the issue. We do not need children’s personal details, passwords, verification codes or device UDIDs. Screenshots are optional; remove private information before sending them.
Privacy questions and changes
Parents and guardians can contact contact@apexbyte.ai with a privacy question or a request concerning information they sent to support. Do not include a child’s personal details in the initial message.
You may request access to or deletion of support correspondence through the same email address, subject to applicable record-retention obligations. We will update this policy and its effective date when data practices change.
Visiting this website
Website hosting and security services may process technical request information. Website visits and support email are separate from progress saved inside the game.
